Elite Software Automation (ESA) is currently looking for a Software Design Engineer. ESA develops customized software solutions for expanding organizations that utilize complex business operations. The solutions deliver complicated processes from our clients while improving efficiency through minimization of errors alongside process automation and various process enhancement techniques.
Job description
- Analyze business requirements and business processes that our team of business process experts has provided.
- You need to establish a complete grasp of both the problem and the solution parameters.
- Use estimated system implementation resources to develop design solutions that provide optimized construction speed and fulfill all necessary requirements.
- Create an achievable solution that delivers effectiveness while meeting all business requirements alongside user needs and cost limitations, together with timing restrictions and any additional system obstacles.
- Conduct an extensive analysis of solution design to define how a technically sound and feasible system should work, including database structure evaluation, API assessment, and verification tests for external systems and proof-of-concept development, followed by functionality verification and complete technical validation procedures.
- Develop and document every part of the solution design:
- Create a general architecture representation of the full solution together with its technical elements, which also include system integrations.
- Design and document user flows for all user-facing functionality.
- Document all back-end procedures in flowcharts also through alternate graphic representations.
- Develop technical requirements for the implementation of every functionality and automation system.
- Design low-fidelity wireframes that developers can use to build solutions since high-fidelity wireframing occurs only in unusual situations when we normally leverage low-fidelity wireframes across our operations.
- Develop diagrams that include state diagrams together with entity-relationship diagrams and flow charts and technical specifications needed to properly convey your solution’s technical requirements.
- Send the accumulated designs combined with technical specifications as well as requirements documentation to the Development Team for their implementation work.
- Your participation should focus on achieving the deployment of production-grade software that includes complete business functionality with an emphasis on efficiency.
Requirements for Candidates for this Role
- Working experience in commercial software development centers around building software applications with practical usage that persists in real-world business operations.
- Professional knowledge and successful experience with front-end development, back-end and full-stack development, databases, APIs, and all other key software development concepts;
- This role requires specific and deep experience in React and TypeScript because Elite Software Automation uses this stack, which means you will sometimes perform developer functions within our development team, so complete proficiency in our stack is essential.
- Knowledge about the position requirements and sincere interest in using your skills to perform as a software design engineer should be demonstrated by each candidate.
- Experience in developing software with minimal guidance or designing new software systems represents a necessary qualification for this position.
The candidate should be willing and able to perform at an extremely high work level. This is a very difficult job. Learning the necessary skills for success in this position requires substantial, quick, hands-on experience because good performance levels might prove challenging to achieve. The position may turn out to be one of the most challenging duties you will ever face, so please prepare beforehand.
