Key Responsibilities
Design & Prototype:
Utilize Figma to develop designs that both improve intuitiveness and visual appeal.
You should develop professional prototype designs and outline structures to produce realistic visual examples of concepts.
Collaborate & Iterate:
You should work together with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance user interface interaction together with experience refinement.
The collection and implementation of feedback need to take place during all phases of the design process.
Visual Design:
The designer should use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to improve existing design elements or build new unique visuals for required purposes.
Your designs will remain consistent by using style guides and UI kits and implementing reusable components.
Usability Testing:
Organize user testing activities to obtain user feedback that helps improve design efficiency.
Your design decisions must be backed by an analysis of analytics and research data findings.
Mentor & Guide:
Junior designers, alongside developers, can receive mentoring from you for professional development.
Promote effective design standards and accessibility requirements throughout all team functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Design Tools:
Designers must possess expertise in using Figma software for building UI/UX interfaces together with prototyping functions.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for advanced visual design.
UI/UX Expertise:
Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles, patterns, and frameworks.
The designer has previous experience working with responsive web designs and mobile applications.
Development Awareness:
Skill level of front-end development concepts, including both HTML and CSS and JavaScript.
The professional can successfully work with developers through mutual cooperation to transform ideas into actual products.
Research & Testing:
The candidate needs to possess expertise in conducting user research along with using usability testing approaches.
Design decisions benefit from analytics tools, which designers need to know how to use effectively.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The necessary skills include both analytical skills and a deep interest in designing smooth user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Proof of working with design systems and component libraries.
