We need a mechanical engineer who can accomplish engineering tasks spanning from product development to designing, manufacturing, implementing, and final commissioning projects. The target is to create innovative and exceptional mechanical components.
Responsibilities
- The engineer should execute complete product development, beginning with design, followed by development and prototype testing, alongside manufacturing until final implementation.
- The engineer should design system elements that satisfy specified requirements.
- Produce outline designs.
- Build up experiments carefully and perform result evaluation and data breakdown to derive interpretations.
- Test and evaluate theoretical designs
- The ability to develop and create effective solutions for newly appearing difficulties exists within this space
- Monitor the performance quality together with safety levels and reliability aspects of finished products.
- Design adjustments must meet necessary criteria while eliminating hardware issues through modifications.
- Construct an evaluation that predicts the project’s financial range and functionality extent.
- Solicit observations from operators.
- Prepare product reports and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing education while creating innovative approaches and methods of work.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher national diploma in mechanical engineering from a recognized institution will be required. The candidate must also possess expertise in this field through 2 to 9 years of experience.
- 2-9 years of experience.
- Working experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Engineering (CAM) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAE)
- Experience using two-dimensional along with three-dimensional engineering design and manufacturing software systems, including AutoCAD and ProE or their equivalents.
- Adequate knowledge of Engineering Analysis Tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica, or similar)
- Staff must understand how mathematical computing and analysis tools work specifically with Matlab, Excel, and LabView programs.
- Technical knowledge must include mechanics and kinematics together with thermodynamics along with materials science fundamentals.
- Creativity and analytical skills
- The professional must demonstrate the capability to present technical information in a simple and easy-to-understand format.
- Technical writing skills
- BSc Degree in Engineering
