Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues. The role requires responsibility for system installation together with equipment configuration along with IT equipment maintenance duties. Address and solve IT support requests promptly.
The system and network administrator must oversee network infrastructure operation by managing routers, switches, and firewalls. The network and system performance must be checked regularly to stop system breakdowns and defend against online security threats. The IT specialist helps to organize database control together with cloud management and internal IT system support.
The candidate must perform software and hardware management functions by executing operating system and application installations while also applying security patches. The IT staff must organize complete records of IT equipment starting from computers through peripherals to all software licenses. The employee establishes new user accounts and email addresses along with defining access permissions and setup configuration.
Data security measures together with backup tactics should be implemented to keep data from disappearing. Follow the guidelines established by IT security policies and maintain proper best practices. The IT professional supports cybersecurity measures, which include implementing antivirus systems with firewalls alongside access management protocols.
Assist in the development and completion of IT project tasks, including scripting operations and team surveillance and tracking functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
The candidate should demonstrate 2-5 years of experience working with IT support roles or system administration or comparable positions.
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and IT security best practices.
Professional experience with cloud computing systems, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, gives candidates an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must demonstrate independence within their work but also excel when part of a team.

CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
ITIL Foundation Certification
