A detail-oriented, proactive IT analyst is needed to fill the position in our team. After successful hiring, the chosen candidate will analyze our IT systems and infrastructure for improvement while fixing technical problems to deliver strategic solutions capable of enhancing performance and efficiency. Part of your work will be to work together with our internal team and external vendors to ensure a good system of operation in the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- You must assess our already existing IT systems and also give professional insights on our system loopholes.
- The candidate must work with other departments in the company and see to their IT requirements through good communication.
- You must evaluate system updates and provide us with a quick response in order to prevent potential complications.
- You must supervise a vast array of our tech industrial projects and also give insights on how to upgrade them.You will also be responsible for our system documentation and also create user guides as well as training materials.
- It will be your responsibility to evaluate the performance of our systems and ensure we use only the best and most efficient technological practices at optimal levels.
- You must also work together with our vendors and service providers to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Lastly, you must be up to date with IT’s latest practices and trends to ensure a smooth and updated IT system in the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- The candidate needs to demonstrate work experience in IT Analyst positions or Systems Analyst positions at minimum or equivalent roles.
- The candidate must demonstrate thorough expertise in IT systems alongside databases and network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostic tools, and project management.
- Experience with best practices in cybersecurity and knowledge of IT compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The candidate must have skills in independent work and handling multiple concurrent responsibilities.
