Role Purpose:

An experienced Frontend Manager who brings enthusiasm together with experience in Next.js development should join our organization to lead our frontend team. You will supervise web application architecture development and deployment in addition to managing frontend developers in this position. As Frontend Manager you will assist cross-functional teams along with product managers and designers and backend engineers to produce high-quality user-friendly performant web applications.

Job duties and Responsibilities:

You will lead frontend development operations through active team management that supplies both direction and professional assistance to help teams achieve their project goals.
As part of the team you will design robust Next.js applications following best practices to enhance both performance speeds and user engagement throughout application development.
Team up with product designers and backend developers to create frontend development which matches organizational objectives throughout project requirements.
Review the setup of coding standards and best practices for excellent codebase maintenance.
The built-in elements of Next.js together with modern technological solutions should be used to optimize applications through speed improvements and accessibility features and search engine optimization.
Monitor Frontend Development Evolutions: Update your knowledge about frontend sector evolutions especially Next.js versions so you can support their integration when efficient.
Project Planning and Management and Assistant Role: You will help arrange team workloads through establishing achievable timeframes alongside tracking project advancement.
Take charge of recruiting procedures to implement training programs that guide new frontend developers into forming a robust unified development team.

Requirements:

The applicant must hold a minimum of five years frontend developer experience that includes two years of management experience and three years dedicated to working with Next.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
The candidate needs to demonstrate expertise in using TypeScript alongside Redux Webpack Babel and other current frontend development tools.
The candidate must understand server-side rendering (SSR) principles alongside RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
The candidate demonstrates robust mastery of design principles supporting adaptation for various screens and proved experience creating applications for diverse devices.
A track record of serving as frontend team leader together with exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities and team management experience.
The candidate should have experience with Agile project techniques as well as expertise in working with project tracking software (Jira and Trello) together with mastery of executing multiple projects at once.
SEO & Performance Optimization: Knowledge of SEO principles, web performance, and accessibility standards.
The candidate must possess advanced skills in Git for managing version control across collaborative development projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Firsthand experience in CI/CD pipelines: Working knowledge of continuous integration as well as continuous delivery (CI/CD) software.
The candidate should have cloud platform understanding (AWS and Google Cloud) alongside experience deploying applications through Next.js.UI/UX frameworks.
Design sensibility paired with UX/Ulunctional experience allows the candidate to work well with UI/UX teams regarding these principles.
Work on maintaining or contributing to open-source projects in the past adds value to job candidates.
