Data Analyst at SWATX

SWATX seeks a data analyst who shows talent and passion alongside strong leadership abilities to join its dynamic workforce. As a data analyst, you will use your capabilities in data analysis with machine learning and statistical modeling to extract findings from elaborate data collections while leading organizational data-based decision processes. Your role involves teaming up with business stakeholders to seek data-based possibilities that enhance products alongside services and business operational achievements.

Responsibilities:

You will study extensive datasets for identifying critical insights as well as business trend patterns suitable for strategy development.
You should develop machine learning algorithms as well as predictive models that solve various business complexity issues.
You must work jointly with different teams to grasp essential data specifications before developing analytical answers that satisfy organizational needs.
The tests of hypotheses along with result validation through experimental execution should be designed and performed by the analyst.
Presentations and reports should transmit findings and recommendations to stakeholders for their evaluation.
Regular updates and model refinement procedures should be used to maintain consistent monitoring and enhancement of model performance.
Create and sustain pipelines that supply data for investigative and reporting functions.
Participate with data engineering specialists to develop effective systems that preserve data for analysis purposes.

Requirements

The role requires either a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a similar field.
The requirement demands expertise either from data science positions or equivalent analytical roles.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
The required skills include both SQL database expertise and practical experience with relational as well as non-relational databases.
The candidate must have expertise using machine learning libraries, including Scikit-learn and TensorFlow, along with Keras.
The candidate should possess expertise using Tableau and Power BI along with Matplotlib and Seaborn for result presentation.
Exceptional experience in applying statistical concepts to reality-based scenarios and excellent knowledge of statistical methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
The candidate needs outstanding written and verbal English and Arabic communication abilities.
